We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your reliance on the App's data or calculations.
2. User Data and Backups
2.1 Local Storage Responsibility
xPenny operates primarily as a "local-first" application. Your financial data is stored directly on your mobile device. You are solely responsible for securing your device and ensuring your data is not lost or compromised.
2.2 Google Drive Backups
We offer an optional feature to back up your local data to your personal Google Drive account.
- We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of Google Drive.
- If your device is lost, damaged, or stolen, and you have not successfully backed up your data, your data may be permanently lost. We have no ability to recover lost data, as we do not store your data on our servers.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and code, is owned by oneByte / Mustak and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our explicit written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
